We are currently looking for a  Lead of User Acquisition , who will be responsible for the direction of audience acquisition and will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy, primarily through Facebook ads initially, with the potential to expand into other channels like Google, TikTok, etc., as our needs evolve.

You will have the freedom to choose tools, methods and strategy, and you will also be able to assemble and grow the coolest team of marketing experts with which you will achieve ambitious goals.

What challenges await:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for attracting paid traffic to our platform.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze key metrics, and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create compelling promotional materials.

What is important to us:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in lead roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing advertising campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Experience working with markets in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Great Britain.
• Skilled in goal setting, budget management, forecasting and achieving monthly spend, CPA, LTV and ROI targets across all marketing areas.
• Ability to build complex cross-functional processes, optimize them and measure efficiency.
• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Structuredness and systematicity.
• Strategic, you can “think the business” in the needs of users, turning quantitative and qualitative data and ideas into smart marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset.
