What you will do:
manage the paid traffic team: build an operational rhythm, set KPIs and ensure stable performance;
manage budgets for paid direction, making decisions based on data and business priorities;
achieve lead generation targets in accordance with the company's strategic goals;
build and optimize processes in the traffic team and creative cycle, ensuring the speed of tests and scaling;
conduct reporting and analytics, and build and develop automated end-to-end analytics;
form and implement a multi-channel paid strategy for promoting the company's products;
plan, launch, optimize and monitor advertising campaigns, test hypotheses and analyze results;
scale effective traffic sources and find new opportunities for growth;
build close interaction with the sales department, ensuring transparent data exchange and feedback;
propose new approaches and ideas for acquisition development based on market, data and business goals;
monitor market trends, trends and social events in order to work with the audience in a timely and effective manner.
