In due to expansion, we are looking for an energetic and focused IT Sales Manager to join our team. If you have experience in IT sales and are looking for professional growth, we invite you to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment new clients on the UpWork platform;
• Analysis of customer needs;
• Effective interaction with the team to develop and prepare optimal solutions in accordance with the customer's needs.
• Conducting meetings and negotiations with potential customers;
• Conclusion of contracts and maintenance of long-term relations with clients;
• Reporting on work results.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in UpWork sales at least 4 years;
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level and above;
• Understanding of basic technologies and trends in web development;
• The ability to independently plan your work and achieve your goals.

It will be a plus:

• Having your own UpWork account;
• Experience in engaging clients through LinkedIn.
