We are currently looking for a Unified Communications Architect who will be responsible for the construction and development of unified communications solutions of the DTEK group of companies, namely: IP telephony, UCCE-based contact centers, video conferencing communication, cloud services Teams and Webex. Finding solutions for combining these technologies and building operational processes. Planning and architecting business solutions and providing expertise to product and project teams.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Cisco UC or Cisco UCCE solutions
• Deep understanding of architecture and principles the work of unified communications and contact centers, knowledge of the principles of SIP, CUBE/SBC, call routing rules
• Knowledge of the principles of building the infrastructure of Enterprise level companies
• Basic understanding of the construction of network infrastructure and the work of transmission protocols data
• Practical experience in the design, implementation and support of contact center platform solutions
• Experience with cloud solutions for unified communications: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and their integrations
• Experience with monitoring systems and self-configuration of business service monitoring
• Experience with REST API for the ability to describe integrations with third-party business systems
• Experience with administration of Windows and Linux systems

• Knowledge of the fundamental principles of AWS or Azure data centers

Will be a plus:

• Availability of certification in Cisco Collaboration and /or Microsoft Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer
• Experience in using devops practices on projects
• Experience in IT consulting

Responsibilities :

• Formation of functional and non-functional requirements for business projects from the infrastructure side
• Development of infrastructure architecture in projects in accordance with requirements, limitations and best practices
• Development of a strategy for the development of unified communications architecture and its continuous improvement
• Participation and coordination of the implementation of developed solutions
• Work in a team of other infrastructure architects to implement product and project solutions
< li> Monitoring the compliance of deployed infrastructure solutions in accordance with the approved architecture and conducting architectural audits Implementation and monitoring untilestablishing rules and standards to which the unified communications environment must comply
• Establishing and monitoring the execution of tasks by infrastructure teams and cloud administrators
• Implementation of information security requirements to the solution infrastructure and development of incident response procedures

• Development of plans to minimize the risks that may be identified by information security
• Participation in the calculation of budgets and TSO
• Participation in pre-sale decisions in the direction of unified communications

• Participation in cultural transformation and changes in the corporate perception of cloud technologies and DevOps practices
• Identification, research and implementation of new technologies and unified communications tools
• Writing technical documentation for the direction
• Providing technical expertise to members of product, project and operations teams
