UI/UX Graphic Designer in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are looking for a UI/UX + Graphic Designer / a designer who combines digital thinking, visual taste and knows how to work with the brand systematically - from landing pages to printed materials.

This role is for a person who feels confident in both UI/UX and graphic design, understands business goals and adheres to the brandbook.

Your future functionality:

• design of landing pages, sites, web interfaces and digital materials;

• work with UI in Figma:

  Components,

  Auto Layout,

  libraries,

  responsive design (desktop/tablet/mobile),

  UX

  User-centered design: logic, structure, convenience;

• design of digital banners, SMM creatives, e-mail materials;

  
  

• creativity, tracking trends and competitors; creation of printed materials: flyers, postcards, posters, banners, wide format; working in accordance with the brand book and maintaining visual consistency; layouts for printing (prepress);

• preparation of files for transfer to development or production;

• cooperation with marketing, developers and other designers.

Our candidate has:

• higher education;
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX and/or graphic design;

• proficiency in Figma;

  
  

• experience with brand book and understanding of brand consistency;

• proficiency in:

  Adobe Photoshop

  o, Adobe Illustrator

  o, Adobe InDesign;

  
  

• understanding of the principles of: 

  composition; 

  typography;  

  color.

• experience working with digital and printing;

• attention to details, systematicity, responsibility;

• Will be a plus:

  
  

• experience working with design systems;

  
  

• experience in fintech / e-commerce / marketing projects;

• understanding of business goals and marketing metrics;

• illustration or basic motion skills;

• experience in using AI tools to accelerate design processes.
