At LOTT agency, we value the backgrounds and perspectives colleagues bring to work each and every day. Unique experiences that go beyond the traditional job requirements. If you're a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you'll still consider applying. We empower you to create your own destiny. We are partnered with the largest advertising networks in the world to ensure our clients have an unrivaled advertising experience. We provide eCommerce businesses with advertising accounts that include:

  • No Ad Spend Limits
  • Worldwide Reach & Compliance
  • 24/7 support
  • Instant Top Ups

With our expert compliance service, we reduce advertising ban risks by up to 99%. We ensure clients meet each platform's criteria, offering guidance and support to maintain their advertising momentum.

We're excited that you're exploring our UI/UX Designer role. Here's a little bit more about how you'll be able to make a difference on our team!

We're looking for someone who can renew our client dashboard with a bold and beautiful, on-brand look. The client dashboard is a self-service portal for the companies we work with, which allows them to manage ad spend independently and easily. Its also the place where clients can find our help center and request support. If you wake up every day thinking about design practices, global design trends and user experience, this might very well be your kind of project. By delivering a bold, clever, and helpful client dashboard you ensure our clients view LOTT as a cool and capable partner in advertising.

  • You drive the design of our website
  • You co-create a consistent experience across all digital touch-points with Marketing
  • You define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of UX initiatives
  • You oversee regular user research initiatives to foster an ongoing feedback loop; understand user behavior, needs and challenges

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Empathetic, you listen well to internal needs and those of clients and are able to translate those into design
  • Bold. Ambitious. Proven, yet ever-improving. You thrive in a fast-paced, young startup
  • Worked for a Marketing agency or SaaS brand before, ideally B2B
  • Strong foundational understanding of UX design
  • Grew up in graphic design and continue to grow within the discipline
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with programming languages like HTML, CSS and/or Javascript
  • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind and Bootstrap
  • Experience with React and Jquery is a pro (something we expect to use in the future)
  • A pixel-perfect person, who's obsessed with fonts, palettes, and consistency
  • Continuously curious and passionate about sharing your latest learnings with others
  • 2+ years as UI/UX Designer, at acreative agency or in-house creative/UX team, designing thoughtful, effective experiences across digital platforms
  • Its a plus if you worked for a B2B SaaS brand before
