UI / UX Designer (corporate portal / CRM / ERP) in Epicentr K

The national chain of shopping centers "Epicenter K" invites you to join the team of theDepartment of Digital Product Development central office,UI / UX designer.  The main area of ​​work will be the design of the company's corporate portal and interfaces of CRM/ERP systems. 

Office location:m. Kyiv, str. Berkovetska, 6K.

Your tasks:

• designing interfaces for web applications: the company's internal portal, CRM/ERP and other business systems;

• creating prototypes based on user stories;

• analysis and design of user scenarios together with the product team;

• argued explanation of the choice of UI/UX solutions and their advantages;

• close cooperation with Design, Product and Development teams.

For us essential:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI / UX or Product Designer in web projects;

• experience with complex interfaces (admin panels, CRM/ERP, portals) is a big plus;

• understanding of approaches and UX schools:Baymard Institute, Nielsen Norman Group, HCI, IDEO / Design Thinking, Google Design Guidelines;

• ownership design systems, modular grids, complex UX patterns;

• confident knowledgeFigma, preferably other graphic tools;

• ability to clearly present solutions and communicate with the team;

• English language —B1 (Intermediate);

• mandatory portfolio with UX and UI cases.
