Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to identify and implement innovative solutions for product directions, visuals and experiences.- Execute all phases of visual design from concept to final handoff to developers- Create wireframes, user flows and sitemaps for effective interaction and design ideas.- Implement and maintain the design system and components by managing design versions.- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand their needs and preferences.- Create and disseminate design guidelines, best practices and standards.- Present and defend projects and key milestones to peers and stakeholders.- Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, methods and technologies. .- SVG experience to create high-quality scalable graphics for web and mobile applications.- Demonstrate expertise through completed mobile/web projects in your portfolio.- Improve and develop design systems to improve product.- Collaborate with product teams to drive innovation and growth strategy.- Familiar with modern web/mobile interface technologies.- Implement and manage design and version control systems.- Prototyping, strong visual design skills with emphasis on user and system interaction.- Work with responsive components and knowledge of adaptation for cross-platform add-ons .- Effective presentation and sale of design solutions to interested parties
