Must provide anonline portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications. Sharing this portfolio iscrucial when applying. Solid proficiency inFigma, adept attransforming concepts into visually stunning designs. Proficiency inPhotoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding ofusability principles and up-to-date knowledge ofUI/UXtrends. Strong expertise inqualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Ability todesign and analyze surveys, perform statistical analysis, and utilize metrics for informed user behavior and product decisions. Proficiency indata visualization techniques. Experience with usability testing tools and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity are essential traits for this role. Responsibilities: Design variousUI components such asmenus, tabs, forms, and widgets, ensuring they are responsive and adaptable across different devices. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications asneeded. Advocate for user-centered methodologies and data-informed decision-making across the organization. Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards and adhere tobest practices. Establish and oversee aUX research plan that aligns with business goals and project timelines. Conduct thorough research activities togather insights. Analyze research data toaccurately identify user needs, motivations, and behaviors. Translate research findings into actionable insights toinform design and product strategies. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers tointegrate research findings into the product development process. Ensure that research efforts support business objectives, contributing tothe company’s overall strategic goals. Keep abreast ofthe latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
