Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across all platforms.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
• Create interactive designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure that all interactions are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improving the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design processes and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Familiarity with Casino field (live casino, slots ).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Proficient in User Flow Development.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Understanding of current web/mobile UI trends.
• Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

• Animation and motion design skills.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
