About Us: Gymflow builds Gym & Studio Management software that powers payments, bookings, sales, and marketing for hundreds of gyms in 8+ countries and growing. We are a B2B SaaS product focused on ease of use and support for both our clients (business owners) and their end users (gym members).
 

Operating for four years, our objective is to become the easiest-to-use gym management software on the market. Design plays a critical role in our mission. Our product includes business owner-facing tools and gym member-facing tools, consisting of two web portals and two mobile apps.

Our team is small but mighty, with seven members including the Founder, hailing from Australia, England, Ukraine, and Portugal!
 

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to elevate our product's user experience across the entire application. You will design new features and iterate and improve existing ones. There will be a strong focus on improving consistency across the platform and creating/managing design systems to ensure scalability.

About You: The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup that constantly strives to improve its product, shipping weekly and sometimes daily updates. You should be a Figma expert with experience in building and maintaining design systems, including:

• Responsive design using Auto Layout
• Building components using atomic design principles
• Using Variants to implement light/dark modes
• Understanding Dev Mode and how to hand off to developers
• Designing and constructing user flows in FigJam

Experience in designing B2B web and mobile applications that are in production is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage comprehensive design systems within Figma
• Develop responsive designs for new features, ensuring a consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms
• Iterate over existing designs to improve design consistency across our platform
• Design with Dev Mode in mind to ensure seamless handoff to developers
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
