— 3 years of experience in a similar position.

— Ability to create design systems and work with components.

— Vision of product goals together with the team.

— Ability to ask questions, hear answers and find compromises.

— ​Ability to work in multitasking mode .

— Develop and improve the platform interface.

— Work for using the JTBD method with a product approach.

— Conduct UX research.

— Set a high bar for execution in terms of quality and speed.
