UI/UX designer in NMT, OOO

We are looking for a talented designer with 2+ years of experience in the field of Ui/UX, who is ready to enrich our team with his creativity and professionalism. What will you do while working with us in the team: Analysis of user requirements; Creation of UX/UI designs for Tablet devices according to BA requirements ; Development and support of design systems and UI libraries; Development of components and style guides; Interact with developers; Participate in the development of mobile applications; Work with auto layout in Figma; Work with design systems and libraries. What Hard Skills are important to us: Minimum 2 years of work experience with projects in the field of UX/UI design; Experience of working with CRM projects and the presence of examples in the portfolio demonstrating the design process and implemented projects; Knowledge of modern design approaches and practices; Knowledge of the features of iOS and Android platforms; Understanding of the atomic approach in design; Willingness to develop in the field of HealthCare projects; Experience working with Agile methodology. It will be a plus if you have: Experience in creating Lottie animations. What Soft Skills are important for us: Ability to think creatively and find new ideas and solutions to solve design tasks; Analytical mindset, ability to work in team, flexibility, high concentration on solving tasks; Average level of English language skills (correspondence and technical documentation).
