We are looking for a talented, creative and unconventional UI/UX designer with 2 years of experience and an existing portfolio of work specifically on sites and applications to join our team. We are looking for a creative person with a fresh perspective and the ability to transform their bright ideas into a design that will impress the end user with its convenience and be remembered for its uniqueness. Therefore, it is important for us to find a person who combines the courage of decisions, non-triviality, understanding of the balance between the visual component and speed of the site and user interaction, who is ready to bring new ideas and develop the company's products. Requirements: Work experience in the field of UI/UX design from 2 years Confident mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) Deep understanding of design principles and user interaction Creativity and attention to detail, thoughtfulness and consistency Willingness to work in a team and interact with other company departments Willingness to constantly develop your skills and improve the product A relevant portfolio is required Willingness if necessary, perform a paid test task Communication, optimism and a sense of humor - what will help you quickly fit into our team Responsibilities: Development of UI / UX concepts and design for websites and applications Prototyping and testing designs Support and improvement of existing designs Cooperation with developers and the marketing department to bring the design to lifePeriodically create marketing materialsDevelopment of advertising banners in Figma and creation of simple short videos for the site and online advertisingExperience in redesigning already launched projects, basic experience with Asana and Notion will be an advantage.
