UI/UX Designer in IT SmartFlex

UI/UX Designer remotely ITSmartFlex is a Ukrainian product company that started its activities in 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software. Our goal is to develop and deepen our own IT expertise. We create the latest design solutions for the telecom industry and develop high-quality products for millions of mobile users. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer in the product team. Tasks: Design development, audit and modification of existing flow sites Collection and assessment of user requirements, cooperation with the development team and stakeholders Simplification and improvement of flow, to increase usability Illustration of design ideas with the help of mockups, site flow cards Design of graphic elements of the user interface, such as tab menus Development of mockups and prototypes of the user interface, for a visual demonstration of their work. Creation of original graphic design (e.g. images, table sketches) Preparation of presentation of mockups to internal teams, stakeholders and development team. Detection and elimination of UX problems (for example, feedback) Analysis of clicks, analytics to improve interfaces UI change based on user feedback.
