UI/UX Designer in DARLY SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team and take on exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
— Close communication with customers and clarification of requirements;
— Delivery of UI designs in Figma;
— Creation of custom icons;
— Designing various promotional assets such as banners, social media covers, etc;
— Close collaboration with the team Lead Designer, QA, PM, Developers).
— Wireframing and prototyping; delivery of low- and mid-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements:
— At least 2 years of commercial experience in UI/UX design;
— B1 level of English or higher;
— Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
— Portfolio with at least 3 examples of UI/UX projects done by you;
— Deep understanding of the basic design principles and the ability to apply them;
— Ability to produce fresh and aesthetically pleasing UI design beyond current trends and
typical solutions;
— Creativity, good taste, an eye for detail;
— Empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility, desire to learn, willingness to be a part of the team;
— Solid grasp of UX principles and best UX practices;
— Understanding of psychology and basic marketing principles;
-Ability to clearly articulate your ideas and solutions to the team;
-Ability to present your work to a customer and justify your solutions.

The below would be considered an advantage:
— Experience with After Effects;
— Experience with prototyping tools such as Protopie or  Proto.io ;
— Experience in usability testing.
