UI/UX Designer in INCREATE

Hi, we are a web production INCREATE!We are looking for UI/UX designer to join our team.About us:— we are among the TOP-3 digital agencies in Ukraine for web development,— we develop projects from idea to full launch,— we represent Ukraine at the Awwwards and CSSDA international competitions.Main specialization (What we do):— Websites, E-commerce;— Mobile applications;— UX Architecture, Prototyping, and User Flow;— UI Design + UI Kit for developers;— UX/UI Design for Mobile Apps (iOS, Android);— Brand Identity;— Motion Design & Graphics.Requirements:- Quality and skill of UI/UX, attention to details;- Adherence to deadlines and the Cooperation Agreement;- Teamwork (ability to implement the plan together with colleagues).General UI/UX skills:- At least 2 years of experience in web design (teamwork);- Excellent Figma skills (including the latest updates), confident use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;- High-quality work and Portfolio (must be attached);- Understanding of usability principles, familiarity with design styles and modern UI/UX solutions;- Presence of completed projects.Will be a plus:- Ability to create custom icons and other interface elements without free resources help;- Experience with animation to create clickable prototypes in Figma;- Create graphic objects in 2D.What we offer:— Flexible work schedule;— 20 working days of paid vacation per year;— Monetary reward depending on your experience and skills;— We are a remote-first company with the ability to work from any corner.
