UI/UX Designer in 1+1 media

Kyivstar TV invites a UI/UX designer to ensure product development and support work processes in the company. 

You come to us if you:

• have experience in product design of 2 years or more; 
• orient yourself in modern UX/UI design trends; 
• confident Figma user; 
• have knowledge of basic digital development technologies; 
• can work with the design system; 
• think in terms of user flow categories;
• know how to identify the real pain points of users using the survey method; 
• you can work both independently and in a team; 
• always adhere to set deadlines; 
• open, attentive to details and punctual. 

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• gathering information about the project and its audience, conducting surveys, creating a portrait of the target audience; 
• create and describe the structure of the product, form a UX strategy that will ensure the correspondence between business goals and user needs;
• analyze and design user scenarios; 
• develop style and instructions for using fonts, colors, sizes; 
• develop layouts, clickable prototypes, interfaces in a graphic editor; 
• test prototypes on the target audience and make changes according to the results; 
• analyze the working product, carry out iterative improvement of the product.
