UI/UX DESIGNER in WinWork

We are lookingUI/IX DESIGNER at a company engaged in software development, specializing in the development of online stores, web applications, websites and mobile applications.

Conditions: 

• ZP: discussed at the interview (approximately 500-1500 dollars, but ready to consider your financial expectations); 
• Schedule: MON-FRI, the need to be in the office from 11:00 to 17:00, the remaining 2.5 hours at any time during the day.; 
• Work in a modern office in the center of Vinnytsia; 
• Regular team events, interesting trainings for development, English language lessons, team building, presentations on exchange of experience.

Duties:

• Creation of mobile designs for web projects;
• Creation "from scratch" and extension of existing UI- Kit;
• Design of interface screens;
• Recognizing and solving the problems of the potential user of the project through UX design according to approved user-flow;
• Development of concepts and design of materials for various marketing needs;
• Creation of a new product / elements of the project within the framework of the existing CI;
• Performance of tasks in accordance with established deadlines and processes.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years or more as a UI/UX Designer, but willing to consider with other experience, but individually;
• Experience creating designs for websites, e-commerce projects and mobile applications. 
• Understanding e-commerce processes and their impact on design;
• Availability of designs for e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopware 6, Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) or others. 400">Experience with Western European markets.
• Knowledge of Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines;
• Proficiency in Figma (autolayouts, components, options, styles, properties), Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Understanding the technical features of cooperation with a front-end developer.
   Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• High level of self-organization, ability to manage time andpriorities.
• Average level of English (B1+)/
