IT company Spilna Sprava is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at our company you will play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our applications, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user expectations.

Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and technology. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Design user interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually consistent with our brand. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including Figma projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
