< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war 8th year, implements educational projects for youth, vulnerable social groups and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the front lines. In 2023, we became an accredited partner of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. We have a wide presence in various regions of Ukraine: Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Ternopil and others . We cooperate with international organizations and Ukrainian businesses (ANC pharmacy network, NOVUS LLC, ActiveChat Inc., etc.).

• Convenient work schedule: Full-time (09.00-18.00) or part-time (several hours a day)

We are looking for a creative and responsible UI/UX designer who is ready to join our team and take on an important role in supporting the organization's projects " AN EDUCATED INITIATIVE".

Responsibilities:

• Development of interfaces for websites, platforms and landing pages.
• Providing visually attractive and functional interfaces.
• Support of corporate style on online platforms.

• Vazinteracting with users to gather feedback and improve products.
• Collaboration with SMM team, video maker and technical team.
• Using analytical tools to improve design.
• Regular reporting and participating in calls.
• Tracking trends and implementing new ideas. Compliance with HOMGO policies "EDUCATED INITIATIVE".

Requirements:

• Portfolio with successful works in UI/UX design.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.< /li>
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Knowledge of the basics of interface design and UX principles.
• Ability to create prototypes and mockups.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working with public organizations will be an advantage.
• Positive and professional attitude towards work.
• High degree of flexibility and ability to organize work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Jira, Trello or Asana would be an advantage .
