UI/UX Animator in Fans-CRM

FansCRM is a product IT company. We are developing a modern, highly loaded CRM system for the Creator Economy. Our product helps to automate work with content, chats, smart pricing and analytics. We appreciate convenient, responsive and aesthetic interfaces, so we are currently actively strengthening the visual part of the platform and are looking for a talented UI animator.

Work format: Project employment (freelance) with the prospect of transitioning into long-term cooperation (many tasks are planned). Location: Remote.

Responsibilities will include:

• Enliven the interfaces of our CRM system (micro-interfaces, transitions, hover effects, loading states).
• Create dynamic and juicy product animations to demonstrate features.
• Work with timings, speed curves (easing) and rhythm to create an intuitive UX.
• Basically work with sound design (selection and synchronization of SFX effects: clicks, swishes, UI pops with visual nearby).
• Interact with the product and design team.
   

What we expect from the candidate:

• Sure experience in UI/UX animation and Motion design.
• Professional knowledge of After Effects, Figma (knowledge of Principle, Protopie or Rive will be a plus).
• Excellent sense of rhythm, composition and understanding of the 12 principles of animation.
• Ability to work with references and get into a given style.
• Availability of a strong portfolio (necessarily with examples of animation of interfaces or typography).
• Attention to detail and independence.
