UI designer in CLICKABLE

In connection with the expansion of our company, we are looking for a UI designer with basic UX knowledge to join our team. Tasks: - UX analysis of sites and web applications - Creating project architecture - Using user flow, ujm - Development of warframes and layouts - Adaptation of layouts to different devices - Creation and work with ui-kit and small design systems Requirements: - Perfect command of Figma - Confident knowledge of Autolayout, Components and Variables functionality in Figma; - Basic knowledge of Material Design and HIG guidelines - Understanding of usability and UX principles - methodologies;- Knowledge of the principles of graphic design, typography and color;- Experience in developing websites and mobile applications;- Experience in creating responsive/adaptive design;- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research;- Ability to conduct basic UX Research, describe hypotheses for improving functionality and to select references for this; - The ability to work with AI tools; - The ability to argue your design solutions and present them.
