Now we are expanding the marketing team and want to strengthen it with a creative and proactive person for the position of UGC Creative Marketing Manager. We are looking for a specialist who will increase conversions through well-designed creatives and lead magnets. Will build hypotheses, successfully implement them in briefs and scenarios, analyze results and work closely with our target specialist and designer.

Functional responsibilities::

  1. Generation and implementation of ideas for advertising UGC and before-after creatives for advertising (Google, Facebook, TikTok)
  2. Close the process of creating UGC and before-after creatives in a tight cooperation with copywriters and designers.
  3. Analysis of creatives with further conclusions and implementation in subsequent iterations with improved results.
  4. Analyze competitors and similar projects, get inspired by successful cases. Actively follow trends and implement them on the project
  5. Prescribe stories for shooting UGC, cooperate with creators and brand ambassadors for content implementation
  6. Build close and long-term interaction with creators.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of content and digital marketing;
  • Ability to Google and use GPT chat
  • Understanding the mechanics of Facebook and analytics tools, successful ad optimization;
  • Synthesis of analytical and creative skills;
  • Flexibility to change and efficiency in work;
  • Basic knowledge of working in Figma, Slack, any task manager;

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working in the European market;
  • Knowledge of English and/or Polish will be an advantage.
