UC Architect in MODUS X

We are currently looking for an Architect of unified communications, who will be responsible for the construction and development of unified communications solutions of the DTEK group of companies, namely: IP telephony, UCCE-based contact centers, video conferencing, Teams and Webex cloud services. Finding solutions for combining these technologies and building operational processes. Planning and architecting business solutions and providing expertise to product and project teams.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with Cisco UC or Cisco UCCE solutions

• Deep understanding of the architecture and principles of operation of unified communications and contact centers, knowledge of the principles of operation of SIP, CUBE/SBC, call routing rules

• Knowledge of the principles of building the infrastructure of Enterprise level companies

• Basic understanding of the construction of network infrastructure and the operation of data transmission protocols 

• Practical experience in the design, implementation and support of contact center platform solutions

• Experience with cloud solutions for unified communications: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and their integrations 

• Experience with monitoring systems and self-configuration of business service monitoring 

• Experience with REST API for the ability to describe integrations with third-party business systems. /p>

Will be a plus:

• Availability of Cisco Collaboration and/or Microsoft Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer certification

• Experience using devops practices on projects

• Work experience in IT consulting

Responsibilities:

• Formation of functional and non-functional requirements for business projects from the infrastructure side. p>

• Participation and coordination of the implementation of the developed solutions 

• Work in a team of other infrastructure architects on the implementation of product and project solutions

• Monitoring the compliance of the deployed infrastructure solutions in accordance with the approved architecture and conducting architectural audits
• Implementation and control of compliance with the rules and standards to which the unified communications environment must comply

• Setting and control of tasks for infrastructure teams and cloud administrators

• Implementation of requirements information security to infrastructure solutionsand development of incident response procedures

• Development of plans to minimize risks that may be identified by information security

• Participation in the calculation of budgets and TSO

• Participation in pre-sale solutions in the direction of unified communications

• Participation in cultural transformation and changes in the corporate perception of cloud technologies and DevOps practices 

• Identification, research and implementation of new technologies and tools of unified communications

• Writing technical documentation by direction 

• Providing technical expertise to members of product, project and operational teams
