Instructor in the operation and piloting of UAVs (Fixed-wing) in Pro recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a specialist for our partner - a technology company that develops robotic systems and provides professional training. In this position, you will translate your technical and flight experience into new operator skills, directly impacting the quality of technical application in real-world conditions.

Willing to consider candidates with experience in a variety of systems (agro-drones, multi-rotors, FPV and confident flight in simulators) seeking to master the aircraft type and teach others.

Main responsibilities:

• Educational activities: conducting theoretical classes and field practice. Accompanying cadets from basic instruction to independent flights.
• Operation of systems: preparation, launch and maintenance of complexes (aircraft type).
• Flight training: route planning, analysis of weather conditions, execution of takeoffs and landings in various modes.
• Technical control: monitoring the condition of the equipment, carrying out inspections and maintaining related documentation.
• Expert support: advising users in chats on technical issues and training features.
• Mobility: work on training grounds and regular trips to field locations.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Flight background: UAV control experience: aircraft systems, agricultural drones, Mavic/Autel, FPV.
• Technical background: understanding of motor, electrical, battery and aerodynamic principles.
• Navigation and safety: basic knowledge of meteorology, terrain orientation and strict adherence to flight safety rules.
• Communication: the ability to clearly and calmly explain the material, work with the audience and provide constructive feedback.
• Resilience: readiness for intensive work in the field and the ability to quickly respond to non-standard situations.
• Responsibility: systematic approach to technique and documentation.
