• maintenance, assembly, modification of UAVs, aircraft that are on the R&D balance sheet, installation of new devices, communication, testing, preparation for tests;
• test trips with the R&D team;
• learning piloting skills.

Vacancy requirements:

• higher education (mainly aviation);
• work experience of 5 years or more;
• having a driver's license (will be an advantage);
• basic understanding of aerodynamics (will be an advantage);
• Organized documents, namely existing military registration document according to current legislation;
• High attention to details and the ability to think analytically;
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
