Designer-typewriter for the souvenir production team

We are looking for a designer-typewriter to join the main team. Remote work is possible.
Work is focused on quality, attention to detail and responsibility, not "quick and somehow".

What do we need from the candidate?

1. Basic or intermediate level of use of Adobe Photoshop (required) and Adobe Illustrator (optional).
2. Knowledge CorelDRAW (basic or intermediate level).
3. Ability to use AI: generation of images, stories, ideas, supporting visuals.
4. Experience or desire to learn to create layouts for simple structures (boxes, packaging, products).

Personal qualities:

• Creativity and initiative — ability to propose own ideas, and not just to perform TK.
• Accurateness and diligence in work.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of design models and cutting models for equipment:
  • souvenir products (wooden puzzles, panels, toys);
  • banners for printing in typography.
  • elements of board games;

Working conditions:

• Remote work or office work.
• Working hours: 09:00-18:00, it is possible to plan independently, it is important to complete tasks on time.
• Free training and internal product-specific tours.
• Clear deadlines and structured technical tasks.
• Gradual salary with monthly bonuses for timely and quality performance tasks.
• The possibility of receiving advances (after 3 months of cooperation).

Salary:

• For designers with little experience:

UAH 20,000 — the first month,

? mandatory salary revision at the end of the month.

• For experienced designers:

starting salary from UAH 25,000 - 30,000 (depending on the level and speed of work).
