Avoid new brokers which are 0−2 years in businessRate ConfirmationDetentionPODLumpersEmailVacation / Off timeThe dispatcher is responsible for trying to solve all issues before coming to the manager (to can ask for advice, but not to get issue solved for you)Determine commodities to load in our trailer and which to avoid.Before sending a driver to a government facility, where a background check is required, it’s important to verify their ability to pass the check.
