This position requires leadership abilities. Duties include providing guidance and information to staff; responsible for case management and processing of caseloads; working with the public in routine and difficult situations; establishing/maintaining effective communication with District Court employees, judges, public and other agencies; serving as backup to the department supervisor; and other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience: Graduation from high school and one year of court or legal experience.Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Computer experience and organizational skills essential. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to understand court procedures, policies and Kansas laws and make decisions accordingly.
