As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D.

We are currently looking for a talented Treasury Manager to strengthen our team.

What you will do:

• Manage financial flows and ensure smooth operation of treasury operations;
• Respond to requests from the treasury and actively communicate with project teams;
• Work closely with financial control and legal teams to support KYC procedures and compliance requirements;
• Plan the monthly flow of funds of selected legal entities;
• Support cash management functions (KYC procedures, compliance, etc.);
• Constantly improve business processes related to treasury (payments, financial control, FX, etc.);
• Manage relationships with financial institutions in the company's jurisdictions.

What we expect from you:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in international or leading Ukrainian companies or banks;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level: oral and written;
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound business decisions;
• Responsibility and willingness to act independently, desire to learn and work;
• Attention to details;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
