Proven negotiation skills and the ability tosecure competitive rates and discounts from travel vendors. Exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail, with the ability tomanage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Responsibilities Develop and manage the travel budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking actual spending, reporting, and identifying areas for optimization. Coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Provide travel assistance and support toemployees, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency assistance. Monitor travel expenses and prepare regular reports totrack spending and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders toestablish astreamlined process for business travel, including budget approval workflows, expense reporting, and reimbursement procedures. Stay informed about travel industry trends, developments, and best practices tocontinuously improve travel services and processes. Monitor and stay abreast ofborder crossing rules and regulations for citizens ofdifferent countries toensure compliance and smooth travel experiences for employees. Manage the visa application process for employees traveling internationally, including obtaining necessary visas and ensuring compliance with visa requirements for different countries.
