TRAVEL COORDINATOR TRAINEE in IDEYa TREVEL SOLYuShNZ, TOV

The company "IDEA TRAVEL SOLUTIONS" is interested in students or graduates for an internship in the position of Travel Coordinator. We offer an opportunity to gain work experience in the field of tourism and travel, under the guidance of experienced specialists. 

We are looking for energetic and ambitious 4-5 year students who want to join our team. During 3-5 months, you will receive the necessary knowledge and skills for further work in the tourism sector. Study and internship time is paid. 

DUTIES:

• Route selection and consultation at the request of corporate clients;
• Calculation of the optimal route; li>
• Reservation / issuing of tickets / making changes to tickets in Amadeus systems;
• Reservation of hotels (Ukraine and abroad), transfers, railway tickets, tickets for charter flights, opening of visas, sale of other related services;
• Invoicing, payment control;
• Reporting.
