Transportation specialist / Logist in Mondelis Ukrayina

In this role, you will: support our import operations, applying a hands-on approach to the transport part of the delivery to ensure the timely arrival of our goods at the lowest prices; prepare internal documents, control cargo, work with claims, invoices and reports, support tenders and evaluate the work of third parties; be responsible for the organization, management and development of international shipments raw materials and packaging materials for Mondelís Ukraine in cooperation with other parties; to ensure an effective process of transportation, quality, safety and preservation of goods, budgeting and cost control, transportation planning and risk management, supervision and support of contracts, reporting and analysis of transportation, as well as participation in measures to optimize costs and improve processes; ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation of raw materials and packaging materials to the factory in Trostyanka; coordinate work with various departments and third parties in order to optimize the cost and quality of transportation processes; plan and minimize transportation risks and unforeseen situations; support and update transport contracts and permits; report and analyze transport data and KPIs. We expect from you: Ability to learn quickly and openness to new things; Responsibility and communication; Orientation to the client; Accuracy and attentiveness in working with documents and databases; Good communication and analytical skills; Flexibility and problem-solving skills; Experience in the field of transport logistics for at least 1 year; Confident user of MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP skills are desirable; Logistics and functional knowledge; Ability to work in a team, with representatives of other units. English language - intermediate level and above.
