Transportation organization specialist (work with primary documentation) in Metinvest

We are looking for a specialist in the organization of transportation in the department of documentary support > to the Group's enterprise - METINVEST SHIPPING.

What to do:

• form a contract documentation, acts of completed work;
• process shipping information;
• make mutual settlements with suppliers;
• calculate the cost of transportation;
• participate in the preparation of reports;
• analyze a large volume of data (spreadsheets, documents);
• initiate proposals for improving interaction in the "Supplier-Forwarder-Asset" chain.

Our expectations:

• availability of a full higher education, education in the economic or technical direction will be an advantage;
• availability of professional work experience of 1 year in the field of railway transport organization;
• knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodical materials on the organization of logistics;
• knowledge of 1C, TM Map, SAP programs;
• experienced PC user, advanced level of work with the MS Office package ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• analytical abilities, communication skills, loyalty to irregular working hours;
• language skills: Ukrainian - fluent; English and/or Polish - fluent, will advantage.
