Transport network implementation and operation engineer in lifecell

We are looking for an Engineer for the implementation and operation of the transport network to join our team at lifecell, a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies - an international provider of converged telecommunications and technological services, whose head office is located in Istanbul, Turkey. Operation and improvement of the "lifecell" transport network and related issues in the region. Management of the construction and commissioning of the transport network , namely, radio relay lines, SDH/DWDM, IP networks, optical lines in the region. Operation of the transport network (radio relay, SDH/DWDM, IP networks, optical lines), namely maintenance and support of their operability by monitoring CSIs through the OSS system. Emergency renewable works on the transport network (radio relay, SDH/DWDM, IP networks, optical lines) according to agreed SLAs. Quality control of planning and preventive works on the existing network and its elements. Acceptance and operation of leased and interconnection lines in the region. Coordination and management of the work of contractors in the region, namely control of work execution, acceptance of work, approval of Acts of completed work. Management of the use of spare parts, control of movement to assembly in the SAP system and timely capitalization. Participation in regional budget planning and cost control. Control and implementation of KPI of transport network of the region in accordance with the goals. Development and preparation of timely and correct reporting on operational activities, maintenance and deployment of the transport network. Support and monitoring of regional databases. to perform planned works. Minimum requirements: 1. Education Level Higher Field: Telecommunications2. Work experience: 2+ years3. Special knowledge/ experience Experience and knowledge of the principles of operation of radio relay networks. Experience and knowledge of the principles and hierarchy of SDH / DWDM networks. Experience and knowledge of the principles and hierarchy of IP networks. Knowledge of the principles of synchronization transport networks. Knowledge of the technology and principles of operation of fiber optic networks.
