Product group: shoes, clothes, accessories, office and computer equipment, cosmetics, books, auto parts. Our clients: INTERTOP, SAMSUNG, BOOK24 and others. Functional duties: Forming and providing drivers with information regarding the transportation of goods: customer contacts, address, delivery time, as well as copies of power of attorneys for receiving the goods; Control of cargo transportation; Issuance of expense invoices in the accounting system; Issuance of express invoices in the offices of carriers (MistExpress, NP, TEKS, Ukrposhta). Requirements for the candidate: 3 years of work experience in transport logistics. Use of computer programs: Microsoft Office, TMS, Outlook. Working conditions: Work schedule Mon.-Fri. from 10:00 to 19:00. Sat.-Sun.-weekends. Official employment. Social guarantees according to the legislation of Ukraine. Comfortable office.
