Vacancy: Transport engineer, garage manager Job description: We, AFG "Elita" LLC, are looking for an energetic and responsible transport engineer for our agricultural business in the city of Reshetylivka. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the transport department, including the coordination of the delivery of agricultural products, the management of drivers and the maintenance of the vehicle fleet. Duties: Planning and organizing the movement of vehicles for the delivery of agricultural products; including hiring, training, monitoring the performance of tasks and evaluating their performance; Keeping records of vehicles, technical condition and regular review of their performance; Interaction with suppliers and customers to coordinate delivery and resolve current issues; Development and implementation of optimal strategies for delivery and use of transportation resources; Solving conflict situations and developing ways to prevent them. Requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Higher education, preferably in the field of logistics or transport; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Knowledge of logistics and transport operations management processes; Ability to work with computers computer and mastery of MS Office programs; Driver's license category B, C.
