Main responsibilities: Planning of the radio relay network in the region. Development of high- and low-level design for the construction of a radio relay network. Statistical verification of all key performance indicators of the radio relay network. Planning, analysis, optimization of the IP network in the region. Creation and approval of accompanying documentation for the construction of a radio relay network. Processing of applications for obtaining permits for the operation of the RES. Coordination of the work of contractors in the region. Calculation of the capacity of the transmission network and its expansion. Participation in budget planning for the purchase of necessary equipment. Required working knowledge: English - intermediate level of MS Office - experienced user; Software for planning RRL networks: Atoll, ICS Telecom and others. Driver's license — B Experience: Planning experience and knowledge of radio relay networks. Experience and knowledge of the principles and hierarchy of PDH/SDH networks. Experience and knowledge of the principles and hierarchy of IP networks. Knowledge of routing protocols in IP networks. Knowledge of the principles of synchronization transport networks.
