TRANSLATION QC JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER – REGULATORY SUBMISSIONS in IQVIA

Working with the Regulatory Submissions Project Management team, the Translation QC Project Manager – Regulatory Submissions is responsible for coordinating and performing the QC step for the Regulatory Submissions translation and localization projects whilst ensuring IQVIA’s standards are met.Coordinate and perform QC step in Regulatory Submissions translation and localization projectsLiaise with the Project Managers to assess and agree project parameters and requirementsAssess project scope to select appropriate number of QCers (internal or external) and negotiate deadlines effectivelyEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with Project Managers globallyMonitor and manage the status of assigned QC tasks to effectively anticipate and prevent issuesPrioritize assigned QC tasks to effectively deliver on timePrepare and maintain QC documentation and informationMonitor Medicine Agencies’ websites and update reference materials as neededUnderstand and adhere to the Quality Management SystemComply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures and SOPsAssist in the maintenance of linguistic assets including glossaries and style guidesEnsure that high quality is maintained for all projects through QA checksProvide weekend coverage in case needed due to project scheduleRequirements: Bachelor's degree, ideally in a linguistic, business or scientific fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience working in Regulatory Submissions QC in the Language Services industryFluency in English is essential, an additional language would be advantageousExcellent written/verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail to ensure that high quality standards are maintainedAbility to meet strict deadlines and to manage competing priorities and changing demandsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independently whilst using own initiativeDemonstration of advanced IT skillsDemonstration of advanced Microsoft Word skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managersIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
