Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.The Transformation Director will lead the organization in approaches to change and project management, implementing initiatives that deliver change rapidly, clearly, consistently, and sustainably. This position pinpoints business needs, facilitates strategic planning, conducts organization assessments, designs change management plans and roadmaps, and drives the implementation plan with all the stakeholders.Supply Chain will be a key area of focus for business transformation. The Transformation Director will have a deep understanding of strategy, supply chain processes, business transformation and change management, and will be solution oriented. This role will report to the COO.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction on complex issues to meet evolving business needs; demonstrate accountability for high priority and elevated business issues.Partner with stakeholders to define program strategy, objectives, roadmap, and outcomes.Develop workstream plans and identify resource dependencies across initiatives and projects.Develop and report on objective metrics for monitoring program performance relative to timelines, quality, and effectiveness.Monitor and control changes to the overall program schedule, scope, or budget.Facilitate regular governance process to ensure proper authorization of changes to the program and alignment of all impacted stakeholders.Provide timely updates to the steering committee on overall progress, challenges, and decisions to be made.Independently lead the development of high quality, client-ready deliverables that meet project objectives, including communications, training materials and other change management resources, in partnership with HRAct as a change agent, coaching business leaders to drive organizational transformation, business process change and adoption within the program.Manage program risk including risk analysis, tracking and mitigation.Propose creative alternative solutions to overcome roadblocks and capture new opportunities.Proactively identify opportunities to create value for the business and identify new opportunities for growth.Engage and empower the employees to embed new behaviors, new ways of working, systems and processes.Education/Experience7-10+ years of experience working in a delivery role partnering with business lines and corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, etc.) in a project management capacity.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a technical discipline.Proven working experience supporting Supply Chain transformation.Proven experience in change management.Proven collaboration with IT PM and technical resources.PMP certification or demonstrated progress towards obtained PMP certification preferred.Experience in ERP implementations preferred.Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to distill complex information.Excellent presentation skills. Able to translate/present data/concepts in a simplified way to drive action. Able to present effectively to C-Suite audiences.Excellent interpersonal skills. Capable of working with all levels of management across the organization including executive management.Strong verbal and written communication skills including visualization of data (summarizing data using charts and graphs).
