Each KPMG member firm is responsible for its own obligations and liabilities.Transfer Pricing Director will be responsible for formulating a strategy of development of Transfer Pricing business, setting ambitious goals for the practice and each member of the Transfer Pricing team and leading the team towards achieving these ambitious goalsIn addition to the above broad vision, Transfer Pricing Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day activity of the Transfer Pricing business including managing and coaching staff, ensuring proactive communication with existing and prospective clients, initiating new product offerings for clients together with other parts of Tax & Legal business.Requirements:Relevant experience with “Big 4” or other reputable audit and consulting firmsAn in-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and strong technical skillsStrong management skills and track record of successful projectsIndependent decision making and clear vision of the marketAbility to organize and lead a big team of tax professionalsCapability to instill enthusiasm in people at all levelsAccountability for financial results of the businessA good command of Ukrainian and EnglishTransfer Pricing Director will report to Head of Tax & Legal.
