Responsibilities:

• Conducting simple purchases for the needs of the administrative department:

- preparation of technical terms of reference (TOR) based on the request received from the procurement initiator;

- sending TK to potential suppliers;

- receipt of proposals, their analysis with subsequent determination of the winner (creation of a supplier selection protocol card in the SAP system and control of its approval);

- creation and updating of the supplier's card in the SAP system based on the supplier's profile data.

• Preparation of the draft contract, approval and control of its signing with the supplier (creation of a contract card in the SAP system and control of its approval)
• Creation of purchase requests (PO), supply requests (PO) and payment requests (PO) in the SAP system
• Receiving documents from suppliers based on the results of concessions/supplied goods and transferring them to the accounting department for payment

Requirements:

• Experience of similar work for more than 1 year
• Higher education
• Fluency in MS Excel, MS Word
• Experience in SAP is desirable
• Personal qualities: responsibility, punctuality, attention to details
