Features:

• Conducting trainings and educational events for the formation and improvement of communicative competences for new and existing employees of the Company;
• Development, improvement and implementation of training programs and materials according to the needs of the Company; 
• Assessment of training needs and development of training plans for employees; 
• Using different learning methods, including webinars and other forms of distance learning; 

• 3 years of experience as a trainer in communication skills; 
• Experience in conducting trainings and educational online events on communication skills; 
• Experience in developing training programs and materials; 
• Excellent communication skills; 
• High responsibility and attention to details; 
• Willingness to learn and develop.
