We invite a training specialist to the Rulka chain of markets

Your tasks will be:

• Education of employees on service standards.
• Practical skills training.
• Conducting mini-trainings, role-playing situations.
• Evaluation of the level of knowledge and skills of employees.
• Identification of problem areas.
• Regular trips to the regions, opening of new points, support of operating stores.
  
  How we see our candidate:
  
  
• Experience in retail (preferably grocery stores) will be an advantage.
• Have skills training, mentoring.
• Ready for business trips.
• Able to explain, teach, motivate and monitor performance in an accessible manner.
• Communicative, stress-resistant, proactive, able to work at different paces and with different types of employees.
