What should be done?

• Participate in the creation of talent development programs, training programs, courses, trainings, etc.;
• participate in the creation of content for programs and training courses (posts, video instructions, presentations);
• organize training internally and with the help of external providers (work with contracts, coordination of audiences, availability of equipment, preparation of lists of participants, preparation of working materials for training, administration of payment of financial documents);
• create and lead communities for program participants (Viber, Telegram), etc.;
• collect feedback from participants of development and training programs, generate relevant reports;
• report on results employee completion of development and training programs, trainings, courses, etc.;
• timely reflect training in an up-to-date accounting system.
