We are looking for a specialist in the organization of training for the company of the Group — Metinvest Business Service. What you need to do: form and administer the annual training plan (external and internal training); organize training according to individual and course forms training, external training; control and monitor training; organize and administer qualification exams; prepare the protocol draft and organize signing; prepare certificates and certificates; keep records of training facts; report on processes. Our expectations: the availability of a full higher education pedagogical, technical, economic, humanitarian areas; it is desirable to have work experience in the field of education/on-the-job training; knowledge and skills in the organization of vocational and technical education, on-the-job training; confident user of programs: Excel, Word, experience in the SAP system will be an advantage; customer orientation, the ability to learn quickly, sociability.
