• form and administer the annual training plan (external and internal training);
• organize training according to individual and course form of training, external training;
• control and monitor training;
• organize and administration of qualification exams;
• prepare the draft protocol and organize signing;
• prepare certificates and certificates;
• keeping records of learning facts;
• keeping process reports.
