We expect the candidate to have experience:

• Building/implementing training procedures in accordance with business needs; 
• Development of educational and methodical materials (trainings, presentations, scripts, etc.);
• Assessment and analysis of the professional level of personnel, training and development needs; educational events - trainings, seminars;
• Ability to work in Power Point, Excel, Word, Canva;
• Experience in writing training programs for business needs.

What needs to be done:

• Methodical work - development of educational, methodical material;
• Determine the need to improve the professional knowledge of employees;

• Create and conduct training and development programs according to company needs;
• Organize external events, cooperate with training companies;
• Support and coordinate current projects.
