PowerPoint skills Responsibilities: Development and constant updating of functionally specialized trainings and control over their compliance and completion by each Dealer / Importer employee Development of an annual training plan and reporting on the implementation of this plan Attending training sessions for BMW AG trainers Transferring the acquired knowledge to Dealers / Importer by organizing regular trainings ( in a training center, at a dealer or online) for the target audience in Ukraine, as well as participants from the former CIS countries, in accordance with the terms dictated by the job duties of employees Ensuring the availability of all relevant web trainings (WBT) in Ukrainian languages, actively involving participants in relevant trainings and monitor their timely completion in accordance with the employee's job duties Support in the organization of (international) PLT and other complex, resource-intensive trainings, as well as marketing events Conditions: Work in a stable company Competitive salary Work schedule — five days Official employment Social package (meals, medical insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave)
